Hi!
So, you want bigger biceps. With me you get a FREE half hour coaching session to see how we get along. I'll see how you train and you'll see how I coach, and we'll go from there. Now, if you are here for a thicker back or stronger legs or a huge chest, sorry, I can't help you.Just kiddin'.I can help, but let's be real: Bodybuilding is really, really hard work. And it takes time, a lot of time, the right nutrition, proper rest and pushing your limits like they've never been pushed before. It's a long journey. You'll want to take a lot of naps.If you just want to condition your body that's another story. Then, you don't have to train that hard. But, don't expect to get massive in a couple of months if you are going for muscle mass. Tracking your progress is up to you, and you can do it with apps such as these:
1. Strong
2. Jefit
3. FitnotesWe all started somewhere. In my case I started training at age 13 eating chicken and tuna. Below you can see my progression. And chicken and tuna is still my staple diet. I've eaten so much tuna in my life I think I might be growing a dorsal fin on my back.
I know how to get big biceps, naturally. And I underscore "naturally".If you are looking for a coach, hit me up. I have never done roids and will never recommend them. Here are 54 dead bodybuilders. Most died young from steroid abuse. Here I am, at 71 still pumping iron like there's no tomorrow. Thank God.All the coaching is done over the internet, using video conferencing. I don't visit gyms. You train while I coach you, even if you are in France. It's a 5 step process to move forward:Step 1:
We have a free half hour session. Just tell me where you are in your journey and what your goals are. You propose the hourly rate you are comfortable with.My rates vary depending on who I am working with. My time is limited as I am busy with other things. If the rate you suggest sounds reasonable to me, we move forward.Step 2: You fill out this waiver form.Step 3: I call you to set up a date and time.Step 4: We agree on a fee and schedule a session here with this form.Step 5: You pay after the coaching session is over by going to this portal. And then you plan your next session, where Step 4 and Step 5 is repeated. If you have any questions just drop me a line.

WELCOME!If you are getting into bodybuilding expect to train with heavy weights. If you have not warmed up adequately and you try to lift heavy, you WILL be injured. Muscles, ligaments and tendons require adequate warming up.
